Availability that reflects reality
Each clinician connects their own Google Calendar. We read their free/busy times so patients are only ever offered hours the clinician is genuinely free, and we write every confirmed appointment back to that calendar.
Intake before the appointment
Screening events can collect the details a clinic needs — identity, contact and medical questions — before a time is picked, so the day of the visit starts with the paperwork already done.
Reminders and self-service changes
Patients get a confirmation, reminders by email and WhatsApp, and their own links to reschedule or cancel within the clinic's policy — without calling the front desk.

How we use Google Calendar data
When a clinician connects their Google account, Medical by Moveo Scheduling reads their calendar's free/busy times to work out which appointment slots to offer, and creates, updates and cancels the appointment events it schedules for them. That is all we do with it. We never use Google Calendar data for advertising, never sell or transfer it, and never use it to train generalized AI models. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and a clinician can disconnect at any time from their profile or revoke access in their Google Account.
